Order Process:
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays are processed the next business day. Please allow up to 20 days for the processing (order processing, handmaking your order & shipping time) of your order. If you need your item sooner than 20 days, please click the "Rush My Order" (1 day making & 1 day overnight shipping = 2 days total on Rush Orders Only) button on the left hand side of this page or on each shopping page, choose from among the pricing options in the drop-down menu. The cost of rushing your order to the top of our production schedule AND overnight shipping are included with this fee. "Custom Orders" made with materials not normaly in-stock, can not be combined with overnight shipping. Please alow extra time for processing "Custom Orders."
Gift Orders:
We do offer drop shipping for gift purchases. Please notate that the shipping address is different than the billing address for your gift purchase durring the "Check Out" process of your order. This also alerts us to include a special "gift order" packing slip verses our standard packing invoice with the price paid listed for your gift. If you desire a "Gift Card" to accompany your gift order, may we suggest adding on the Gift Wrap Option, (also available at each case ordering page) or the link above, to your purchase - a gift card is included. Please, be sure to notate what you want your card to say!

Presentation:
Tiddy Diddy Wipes standard shipping ensemble comes tied with a coordinating grossgrain ribbon, wraped in a coordinating tissue paper, taped, and surrounded by bubble wrap. If you require a more elaborate package, please choose our Gift Wrap Option.

Returns/Exchanges:
Sorry, custom orders, including "Personalization" of items ordered are not subject to our refund policy. Gift wrapping purchases are not subject to our refund policy except, if we inadvertantly make a mistake with your color choice, otherwise no refund will be given.We will gladly refund/exchange your item, within 17 days of your item being shipped to you,provided that it is returned unused and in perfect resellable condition. Return the item securely wrapped and by trackable, insurable means along with our Return Item Form.You will be
charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned or exchanged merchandise is not refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned items if you do not wish to exchange that item. If you received your Tiddy Diddy Wipe Case as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different style (Gift items received are not subject to our full refund policy. Only exchanges will be made to the recipient. Full refunds to the original purchaser only!), please return the item unused and in perfect condition securely wrapped and by trackable, insurable means along with our Return Item Form. Gift orders must have been made within the previous 10 weeks at the time of the return (you can submit an email or our contact form to inquire if your gift item meets or exceeds the time lapse criteria instead of inquiring with the original purchaser. We know that returning gifts received is a delicate thing to handle!) Please include the sender's name who you received your gift from in the space provided on the form. You will be charged shipping to send
the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned or exchanged merchandise is not
