If you need your item sooner than 20 days, please click the "Rush My Order" (1 day processing & 1 day overnight shipping = 2 days total on Rush Orders Only) on each shopping page in the pricing options in the drop-down menu. The cost of rushing your order to the top of our production schedule AND overnight shipping are included with this fee. Please allow 1 extra day for Custom Orders (2 processing and 1 day shipping = 3 days total) A "Custom Order" can only be placed with materials normally carried in our inventory. For special purchase materials, please call: 1-866-368-8571 to discuss this option further.

If for some reason your "Custom Order" is placed with the "Rush" option and we are temporarily out of stock on your material choice, we will call (please include your phone number in the "comments" box during the check-out process) you to make 1 of the 3 options:

• Choose an alternate material print.
• Refund the "Rush Fee" and still make your order.
• or Refund your whole purchase price, allowing you to make alternate plans for a gift.
